If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that you’ve purchased from us.

Please note that we do not offer returns on our products. Refunds or exchanges will only be provided if the item arrives damaged or broken.

To be eligible for any refund or exchange, you must provide an unedited opening video showing the product being unboxed.
Without this video, no claims will be entertained. 

The refund time period for different modes of payment is provided below:

UPI Linked Bank Account	Up to 5 working days
NEFT to Bank Account	Up to 5 working days
